Access/Use Agreement

     RED Link 2nd Generation will provide to you a log-in code to access personal company information on RED Link 2nd Generation Vendor’s. It is agreed that you shall use all reasonable efforts to protect disclosure interest in the contents of this secured area and keep it confidential, using a standard of care no less than the degree of care that you would reasonably be expected to employ for your own similar confidential information. In particular you shall not directly or indirectly disclose, allow access to, transmit or transfer the confidential Vendor information to a third party without RED Link 2nd Generation's prior written consent. You shall disclose the confidential Vendor information only to those persons who have a need to know the information for the purpose and who have been approved. You shall, prior to disclosing the information to such employees, issue appropriate instructions to them to satisfy its confidential obligations herein. You shall not copy, reproduce in any form or store in a retrieval system or data base without the prior written consent of RED Link 2nd Generation, except for such copies as may reasonably required internally by you for the intended purpose.
